The Production Control Specialist is responsible for designing, optimizing, and maintaining all production processes from a technical standpoint, to achieve maximum efficiency, meet quality standards, and ensure timely order fulfillment to meet On Time Delivery goals. This role participates to Continuous Improvement initiatives, monitors KPIs, and collaborates across Teams to maintain production schedules and delivery commitments to the customers. The position will also participate in the Plant expansion projects and any Plant layout optimization. It will supervise direct reports, with a clear career path toward a Process Unit Manager role.…
