Position Overview & Purpose: The Quality Assurance Technician Lead ensures product compliance at the point of production, data analysis, and support for root cause investigations. This is achieved by auditing processes, hands-on, in assisting in diagnosing quality issues. This role is key in maintaining quality standards and driving continuous improvement on the manufacturing production floor. Hiring for A, B, C, D shifts. 7am-7pm/7pm-7am Pay range: $25-$38/hourly Position Job Duties: Interact with operators and helpers to ensure standard work is done consistently. Provide technical support for all operations. Assist operators on diagnosing and rectifying any production issues. Serve as a subject matter expert for operators and helpers.…
