Position Overview The HR Intern provides quality HR compliance and support to the HR team and Magna New Mobility employees. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provides general support to the Human Resources team Maintains strict confidentiality of all information obtained, written or verbal, within the Human Resources Department Assists in various HR activities such as, updating company policies and job descriptions, updating New Hire Orientation slides, filing, and creating New Hire packets Assists recruitment of vacant positions as required (screening of resumes, phone screens, reference checks, etc.) Prepare Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents for site-wide communications Properly handle employee requests through responsiveness, follow-up, and escalation.…
