Exemplify the Charter principle for a safe and healthful workplace by correcting unsafe behaviors, eliminate or reduce the possibility of an employee injury due to hazardous conditions. Immediately respond, in a positive and proactive manner to any Decostar employee’s health and safety concern or suggestion.
