Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules for stamping, assembly, and service operations. Convert customer demand and forecasts into executable production plans. Coordinate production priorities to meet on-time delivery and service-level targets. Adjust schedules based on capacity constraints, material availability, and changing customer requirements. Monitor customer demand, forecasts, and firm orders to ensure accurate production planning. Maintain appropriate inventory levels to support production while minimizing excess and obsolescence. Track work-in-process (WIP), finished goods, and raw material inventory. Identify potential shortages or overages and proactively implement corrective actions.…
