High school degree; or equivalent vocational/trade school education in Manufacturing, Materials, Logistics or related field; or related materials/logistics work experience. Minimum 3 years Materials and/or Logistics experience in a manufacturing environment. Prior experience in a leader/supervisory role. Experience shipping to OEM. Ability to operate a forklift and tugger in a safe manner. Knowledge of and basic skills in lean manufacturing principles and problem-solving methods. Understand basic OSHA and safety practices in a manufacturing environment. Understands basic automotive quality terms. Practical experience with computers and Microsoft Office. Good math skills and the ability to analyze data. Strong listening and communication (verbal and written) skills.…
