JOB SUMMARY This position reports directly to the Supervisor and is responsible for the general and specific job duties as described below: QUALIFICATIONS NECESSARY TO DO THE JOB Strong oral and written communication skills with demonstrated abilities to communicate with other department team members as well as the Decostar management team. Fluent in English (reading and writing). High school diploma or GED equivalent Demonstrate positive attitude and ability to motivate employees in achieving goals. MAIN DUTIES Team Leader must be capable of performing all the duties as detailed in team member job description.
