Ensure compliance to quality standards. Support and facilitate audits and regulatory inspections and identify and raise quality issues with management. Responsible for multiple or highly complex projects. What we are looking for: - Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering preferred. - ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is highly preferred. - Significant experience in metal stamping (tandem, progressive, or transfer presses). - Deep knowledge of welding processes (Resistance Spot Welding, MIG/MAG, or Laser Welding) Preferred qualifications: - Minimum 3 years in a leadership position including leading new launches and program teams - Minimum 7 years in a Quality Engineering position supporting new launches and program teams -…
