Ensure all employees, under your guidance, have received all required training to perform their job safely Coordinate modifications, maintenance, schedule PM and perform PM on a regular schedule and repair of tooling to ensure availability for production. Manage vendors and outside tooling shops to reduce costs and complete work in a timely manner. Organize modifications and repairs to molds and provide all information required to production departments to allow for scheduling and completion of work. Understand Decostar’s tooling specifications and ensure all production tools meet the requirements. Assist molding department technicians by troubleshooting tooling related failures. Communicate and follow up on finished results to ensure final product meets customer specifications.…
