GENERAL JOB DUTIES Coordinates and encourages all WCM activities and continuous improvement workshops. Manages Six Sigma and Lean projects to support Decostar’s improvement initiatives and strategic goals. SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES Provides strategic direction, leadership, support and decision making to ensure successful application of continuous improvement concepts, including Lean Enterprise, Six Sigma, Layouts and Material flow. Assists Decostar Managers through soliciting and reviewing functional area continuous improvement plans and activities to maintain and improve overall plant continuous improvement results. Provides feedback. Facilitates management updates and communication on all WCM and activities. Supports manufacturing engineering resources.…
