About The Role For our Energy business unit, we are looking for an In-House Counsel to join Ferrovial Energy’s Legal Department, reporting to the Head of Legal U.S. This role will provide comprehensive legal support for the development, construction, financing, operation, and maintenance of utility-scale renewable energy projects in the U.S. The position will be based in Austin, Texas. Key Responsibilities Provide end-to-end legal support throughout the lifecycle of projects, from greenfield development and procurement through construction, financial close, and operations. Advise on and participate in M&A transactions, including due diligence processes, and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements for ready-to-build or early-stage projects.…
