The Vice President leads the Portfolio Monitoring & Solutions function within BBVA's Structured Trade & Commodity Finance business, providing strategic oversight of the Bank's post-closing portfolio monitoring framework across a diverse portfolio of structured financing transactions. The role is responsible for establishing governance standards, developing scalable monitoring processes, strengthening portfolio controls and ensuring compliance with transaction documentation and internal risk policies.
