Job Description The role supports the day-to-day management of BBVA CIB US’s Control Room (“CR”) and Registration programs in the implementation of and maintenance of an effective compliance framework to identify, assess, and mitigate regulatory risks related to insider trading, material non-public information (MNPI), information barriers, employee personal trading, conflicts of interest, and regulatory registrations. The position partners closely with Compliance, Legal, Operations and business stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable SEC, FINRA, CFTC, and other regulatory requirements. The role also supports regulatory examinations, internal audits, and the continuous enhancement of the Firm's Control Room and Registration programs.…
