Job Description Responsibilities Research and identify potential Subcontractors / Suppliers for the Project. Engage with these subcontractors / suppliers and request them to register for prequalification to allow them to be invited to tender on selected packages. Follow up to determine the qualification and evaluation of selected Subcontractors / Suppliers. Issue Requests for Quotations (RFQs) to Subcontractors / Suppliers through the Tender Tool Follow up to ensure that offers/quotations from the Subcontractors / Suppliers are received on time. Review the Subcontractors / Suppliers requests for clarifications (RFIs) received and responded to, including all relevant technical specifications, drawings & BOQ to ensure receiving compliance offers from Subcontractors / Suppliers.…
