EMS Account Director Position Overview: This person will be reporting directly to the VP of Sales Americas. You will be the interface between Nexperia and two of our key EMS accounts (Flex and Jabil) global organizations, achieving above-market revenue and shared growth. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and grow Flex and Jabil revenue as direct-supplied accounts Account plan creation and regular updating Target key OEMs behind EMS revenue and align global commercial approach Attend QBR’s and negotiations globally Provide quarterly internal communications to Business Group leadership Provide allocation and supply support to CSR and planner teams Handle customer complaints and provide solutions Forecasting and long-term planning Building relationships with respective Global Commodity and…
