Product Designer, Lending About the role We’re hiring a Product Designer to join Lending and help make a growing set of borrowing initiatives easier to understand and use. You’ll take high-stakes challenges across the member journey, and turn ambiguity into focused product decisions from early discovery through launch. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Data, and Content Design to translate sophisticated financial products into polished, intelligible member experiences.You’ll make complex flows feel natural through hierarchy, interaction, motion, composition, and adherence to technical and compliance standards. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $196,000 and up to $255,000.…
