Robinhood is building out its firm-commitment underwriting capability to manage and co-manage IPOs and follow-on equity offerings, while continuing to operate an established distribution channel that brings new issues to Robinhood's retail customers. This role is the firm's registered representative across both functions — overseeing firm-commitment underwriting activity and the distribution of new issues to retail customers — responsible for daily processing, compliance controls, and regulatory engagement across the end-to-end lifecycle of a deal. You will guide deal execution from due diligence through pricing, allocation, and settlement on the underwriting side.
