About this job

As a Business Operations Senior Associate on the Business Operations & Strategy team within the Institutional group, you'll partner directly with senior leadership on Coinbase's highest-priority strategic and operational challenges. You'll work primarily with Institutional product and sales leaders, structuring complex problems, building quantitative business cases, and translating data into executive-level recommendations that shape product and segment strategy. What you'll do: Structure complex, ambiguous strategic problems for Coinbase's leadership team and develop actionable recommendations backed by data and quantitative modeling. Build business cases and financial models that identify new opportunities and directly inform Institutional product and go-to-market strategy.…
