About the role We are looking for a senior HR Business Partner based in the San Francisco Bay Area to support our People organization including Recruiting and support our Communications team. This role will be a critical member of the HRBP team, working on key HR projects in alignment with our partners across Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and others while providing excellent coaching and strategic support to senior leaders and managers across People & Comms functions who enable Anthropic's mission to create safe, beneficial AI systems.
