About the Role As an AV Operations Specialist, you'll be accountable for how the AV spaces perform, how support requests get resolved, and how events land in the space you're responsible for. This role will help own all areas within the AV landscape. In a given week you might execute a preventative maintenance sweep across a floor of conference rooms, work the support queue and drive a recurring failure to root cause, and then run technical coverage for an all-hands or an executive presentation that evening. You'll be the regional presence our AV Engineering and Production teams build on — the person who catches problems before users report them, and who turns what you learn on the ground into standards the rest of the team can run from.…
