Key Responsibilities Assist with daily support and maintenance of the ERP system. Help enter, review, update, and validate data within the system. Assist with identifying and correcting data issues. Support ERP system testing, upgrades, and improvement projects. Help create and update procedures, work instructions, and training materials. Assist with reports and data analysis as needed. Work with different departments to understand business processes and system needs. Help troubleshoot basic system or user issues and escalate concerns when needed. Participate in meetings related to ERP projects and system improvements. Support special projects and other duties as assigned.…
