ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by: Ensure the close out & dispatch of all shipments through the Ops Team and Directly Ensure all international shipments have international documents, including the collection of Shipper’s Export Declarations. File EEI when applicable. Identify International Shipments as a priority for all outbound shipping Create Hazmat documents and ensure proper labeling by all parties Daily review of carrier equipment needs and door assignments while engaging daily with all carriers Communicate with carriers for swaps / live loads Review all internal / external documentation requests for LTL / TL shipments, including carrier tracking…
