Sika Corporation is looking for an experienced Technical Director to join its growing Insulation team in the Dallas, TX area. The Technical Director is responsible for establishing, implementing and enforcing all technical policies related to the sale, use and installation of Insulation products and systems. By balancing sales potential and opportunities against associated potential risks, the Technical Director helps ensure the Insulation Division’s long-term, sustainable growth. As a member of Insulation’s Management Team, the Technical Director assists in the development and execution of the business unit’s strategy.
