This exciting opportunity will allow you to utilize your corporate law related experience in a dynamic and growing business environment. Reporting to the Senior Vice President and General Counsel, the ideal candidate will handle a variety of corporate law related matters, including contracts, product warranties, product literature, and litigation matters. Experience in drafting and negotiating complex agreements including supply, packaging, equipment, private label, manufacturing, lease, real estate, service, license, information technology, warranty, and confidentiality agreements is required. Establishing and maintaining valuable professional working relationships with all departments, such as Procurement, Sales, Operations, R&D, Technical, Finance, and Human Resources is critical.…
