RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and execute all matchday logistics and on-site operations for RBNY home matches, including team arrivals/departures, locker rooms, field and bench set-up, warm-up areas, hydration, medical spaces, and overall facility readiness. Lead scheduling and communication of training, matches, and events through Teamworks. Serve as primary administrative and operational liaison among coaches, staff, players, families. Manage all player and staff kit and equipment operations, including sizing, distribution, collection, gear washing, storage, and replenishment to ensure all training, matchday, travel, and event needs are met.…
