ABOUT THE ROLE The Chief Design Officer will own product design quality across the group's consumer products and brands. This is a hands-on design leadership role with direct involvement in our most important products and user experiences. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING - Set the design direction and quality bar across group products. - Work directly on or review critical user journeys, product concepts and interfaces. - Turn complex financial and AI workflows into simple consumer experiences. - Set standards across product design, interaction, visual design and design systems. - Review shipped products and identify specific usability and design problems. - Work with product and engineering from early concepts through production. - Recruit and assess senior product, UI and brand designers.…
