ABOUT THE ROLE The CEO - AI Neobank will build and own an AI-native digital banking business. The role will rethink how consumers bank by using AI across everyday money management, transactions, savings and financial decisions. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING - Define the AI Neobank proposition, product roadmap and business model. - Build AI-native experiences across accounts, cards, payments, savings and money management. - Use AI to automate and improve financial decisions, customer workflows and servicing. - Own P&L, customers, deposits, revenue, unit economics and operating costs. - Work deeply with product, engineering and AI teams to build and ship the product. - Build the core team and required banking, technology and operational capabilities.…
