Operator - Ringwood, IL Starting wage range $23.58/hr - $28/hr depending on experience (4% bonus potential) Job title: Production Operator (2nd Shift or 3rd Shift) Production Operator safely operate and maintain chemical processing equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality production while adhering to environmental and safety standards. Ideal candidates have mechanical aptitude, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work rotating shifts. This position reports to the production supervisor.
