About this job

**This is a Full Time position at 40 hours per week for the Occupational Health clinic located on the Woodstock hospital campus. Will require travel to provide coverage to other locations (Huntley, McHenry & Lake Forest). It will be an 8 hour shift with earliest shift being 6:45a-3:15p and the latest shift being 8:30a-5p.
