About Total Life Total Life connects adults 65+ with licensed clinicians for behavioral health, geriatric care and longevity services, covered by Medicare, Railroad Medicare and major commercial insurers. Since 2021 we've grown to more than 200 credentialed providers serving patients in 49 states. Most longevity medicine is built for healthy 40-year-olds. Ours is built for older adults. The Longevity Program combines a comprehensive geriatric assessment with chronic disease management, cognitive health, medication review and weight management, organized around five pillars of healthy aging: sleep, nutrition, movement, mental health and social connection.
