KeystoneCare is seeking compassionate and dedicated Hospice On-Call Registered Nurse to provide weekend support for our hospice patients and their families. This critical role ensures that patients receive expert care and guidance during off-hours, helping to manage symptoms, provide comfort, and support families through the challenges of end-of-life care. As an on-call nurse, you will be a vital member of our interdisciplinary hospice team, responding to urgent patient needs, collaborating with physicians and staff, and assisting with care coordination to ensure seamless service delivery.
