Part-Time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

The PMHNP will provide psychiatric services to individuals enrolled in our ACT program and collaborate closely with nursing, clinical, substance use, vocational, peer, and other ACT team members. The position requires 16–20 hours per week, including at least two consistent in-person days each week. Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication-management appointments Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications within scope of practice Monitor medication effectiveness, side effects, and client response to treatment Collaborate with the ACT nurse and other members of the interdisciplinary treatment team Participate in treatment planning and clinical consultation Coordinate with hospitals, primary care providers, pharmacies, and other providers as clinically appropriate Complete…
