Fleet Health Specialist

About this job

This role will report to the Fleet Manager. You will: Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses with internal partners and stakeholders that translates data into actionable insights for fleet health metrics across multiple markets. Additionally work with fleet tooling and data science teams to evolve data signal availability and define metrics calculations Deliver recurring reports on fleet performance against availability targets, report on progress against issue resolution paths, and escalate findings to cross-functional Engineering and Operations teams as needed Drive corrective actions by establishing process, policy, and technical functionality requirements which mitigates scaled risk, reduces disruption, prevents issue recurrence, and ensures resilient fleet operations Analyze…
