**This is a Full Time, salaried position at 40 hours per week located at the Huntley clinic. Schedule is Monday through Friday, hours vary between 7:30am-5:00pm.** The Nurse Navigator reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. The Nurse Navigator is a clinically competent, registered, professional nurse who coordinates multidisciplinary care to the patient using the nursing process.
