Northwestern Medicine has an exciting opportunity for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to work in our Healogics Wound Care department. This Advanced Practice Provider will be working a mix of inpatient and outpatient. Hospital Outpatient Ambulatory Clinic with some inpatient rounding. Rounding will be at CDH and Marianjoy. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm No call, weekends, or nights Location: CDH and Marianjoy Essential Functions: Demonstrates clinical expertise and expanded knowledge through patient care activities which may include diagnosis and management of a wide range of health problems. Responsible for health outcome of an assigned patient population. Confers with collaborating physician and other health professionals in area of clinical expertise.…
