The DBS Leader is a member of the site's Operations Leadership team and leads the strategic deployment of Lean principles across the organization to drive operational excellence, enhance productivity, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This role is responsible for developing and executing Lean transformation initiatives, coaching leadership and frontline teams, and ensuring alignment with business goals. By leveraging data-driven methodologies and cross-functional collaboration, enabling sustainable improvements throughout all KPI metrics. This position reports to the Plant Director and is an onsite role in Hauppauge, NY.
