Northwestern Medicine has an exciting opportunity for either a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant to work in our outpatient Primary Care department. The APP will be helping physicians with Inbox messages, converting to Telehealth as appropriate, seeing about 10 patients per day via Telehealth. There will be 2-3 months in-clinic for training and onboarding, then move to a telehealth model if able to maintain 90% telehealth fill rate. The APP will be expected to come onsite once per quarter at minimum for meetings/touch base with physician group. Schedule: M-F, days Essential Functions: Demonstrates clinical expertise and expanded knowledge through patient care activities which may include diagnosis and management of a wide range of health problems.…
