The Operations A dministrator reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. This Operations Administrator will have oversight and direct reports at three (3) different offices. Locations include: Glen Ellyn, Wheaton and Naperville. The Operations Administrator is responsible for planning, directing and monitoring operations in a complex ambulatory environment to achieve excellence in the delivery of patient care in the physician practice while creating an inspiring and rewarding environment for staff members.…
