The Resource Coordinator Medical Assistant reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. This position will assist in directing and overseeing the operational needs of the medical assistant staff. The clinical resource coordinator will be responsible for assigning daily duties and managing clinical schedules, inventory maintenance and ordering/purchasing to meet the needs of the clinic, and in doing so, stay in line with budgetary constraints.
