The Operations Coordinator Nurse reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. Under the clinical direction of the Medical Director and the administrative direction of the Practice Manager, the Operations Coordinator, Nurse participates in the planning, leading, and organizing of activities relating to quality patient care in the practice. S/he supervises and personally provides nursing care in the practice.
