This position will be a system BCVI Clinical Nurse Coordinator position supporting our system hypertension program. The primary location will be CDH with some travel needed to the other health network locations and AMC. The BCVI Clinical Nurse Coordinator reflects the mission, vision, and values of Northwestern Medicine, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. The BCVI Clinical Nurse Coordinator is a registered professional nurse who in addition to providing direct patient care, is accountable for the assessment, planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of a plan of care for designated patients.…
