***We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team at our Outpatient Oakbrook Rehab Clinic. This is a full‑time, salaried position at 40 hours per week, scheduled Monday through Friday, with the requirement to work two evenings until 7:00 p.m. Candidates must hold an active Illinois Physical Therapy license and have outpatient experience, with required expertise in pelvic health rehabilitation and additional experience treating orthopedic and general musculoskeletal conditions.*** The Physical Therapist reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.…
