About this job

Position Overview Provide timely response to various requests generated by our users; daily set-up/take-down of audiovisual and/or furniture necessary to support the daily demand for meetings; and the upkeep, cleaning and maintenance of building and grounds. Assist with repairs and preventive maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, MHE, warewash and general facility equipment. Utilization of different types of power tools and testing equipment. The ability to learn the use of the BMS. Maintain a safe attitude at work and behave in a safe manner to prevent accidents and injuries. Strictly adhere to all safe operating procedures as described by your supervisor and through safety training programs.…
