About the Role DoorDash's Product Marketing Operations team is the connective tissue between our Retention Marketing organization and the tools, systems, and data that power it. As a Sr. Associate, you'll become an expert in the tools our CRM operators use to build campaigns, then use that expertise to train operators, document how the tools work, and partner with Operators, Product, and Engineering to define requirements and influence the roadmap for existing and new tools. You'll make sure our CRM teams have everything they need for a frictionless process while building campaigns. The role also requires program management skills to support migrations to new tools, which may involve capacity planning, forecasting, adoption measurement, and building processes from scratch.…
