Position Overview The Associate CRM Marketing Manager manages the end-to-end execution and optimization of email marketing campaigns that drive audience engagement, retention, and subscriber growth. This role owns priority campaigns from planning through deployment and reporting, while developing expertise in segmentation, personalization, automation, and lifecycle marketing. The Associate Manager also serves as a key day-to-day partner to cross-functional teams and provides tactical guidance to Email Marketing Coordinator on campaign execution, content selection and prioritization, email best practices, quality assurance, and optimization opportunities to improve campaign performance.…
