Ōura is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to partner with our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and support the effectiveness of the broader Marketing leadership team. The marketing team at Oura leads core marketing function, PR / Comms, Creative, Media but also all Consumer revenue across multiple time zones. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will provide high-trust executive support while helping the Marketing organization stay focused, prepared, and coordinated. This is a dynamic role for someone who can see beyond the next meeting without losing sight of today’s details. You will build a forward-looking view of the CMO’s priorities, anticipate what is needed to make important moments successful, and bring structure to shifting requests and timelines.…
