Who You Are Justworks is seeking a VP of Growth to accelerate customer acquisition and expansion across our portfolio while building more scalable, efficient ways to grow. Reporting to the CMO, you will lead Growth Marketing through a significant transformation. Your mandate is to strengthen the sales-led motion that powers our business today while scaling digital-first experiences that combine intuitive self-directed journeys with human assistance where it adds value. You will bring demonstrated success in both established sales-led and digital growth motions, and understand how to connect them into a coherent customer experience.
