The ideal candidate is a data-driven operator who has scaled 8-9 figure paid budgets in a two-sided marketplace or in support of small business owners, has hired and led high-performing, AI-native growth marketing teams, and is fluent in modern measurement/attribution methodology. What you'll do Own and scale global paid acquisition across both sides of the marketplace (retailers and brands) to $xxM annually while hitting target payback/efficiency thresholds; act as the primary executive stakeholder for paid performance Define and communicate paid's long-term strategic roadmap to executive stakeholders, and build a resourcing and investment framework to address key risks such as channel consolidation, global competition, customer TAM, and brand awareness Build a best-in-class…
