The Team + The Role Pendo’s Growth Marketing team owns the engine that creates predictable, efficient demand across paid, organic, lifecycle, and product-led channels. The team connects marketing strategy, analytics, experimentation, and cross-functional execution to generate qualified pipeline and improve the buyer and user journey. As VP, Growth Marketing, you will lead Pendo’s full growth engine from top-of-funnel awareness through qualified pipeline creation. You will own demand generation, website performance, marketing analytics, experimentation, lifecycle programs, and product-led growth motions while partnering closely with Sales, Product, the CMO, the CRO, and the executive team.…
