About the role Anthropic is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to make sure our most important messages are backed by customers who can speak to them. This role works across regions and customer segments on special projects tied to the company's top priorities. When we launch a new model, feature, or initiative, you'll find the customers who can speak to it and get them on the record. We're looking for an excellent communicator who can turn customer stories into multiple formats that flex across channels. This often means working under compressed timelines and leading customer storytelling on some of the most important projects at Anthropic. You'll work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Brand, Comms, Customer Marketing segment leads, and the writers on our team.…
